Onboarding demo — an empty list teaches nothing

A company entering the system for the first time sees empty lists. This module gives every company one worked example per application: a customer, an opportunity, a quotation, a manufacturing order, a project — not filler, but each written as a short lesson. Every record carries the PORTWARE DEMO mark, so it is clear what is a tutorial and what is business.

Deliberate limits, so that a tutorial never turns into an incident:

• Nothing reaches outside: mails stay as drafts, no e-invoice, no published web page, no activity that produces a notification to a real person.
• The examples are not added twice; when removed, exactly the records that were added are deleted, and your own records are not touched.
• No sample data is added to a company already in use with real invoices.

A password-protected timeline showing who did what and how much time they spent on screens.

Policy notices

Every user can be shown an announcement they must acknowledge, and the record of their acknowledgement is kept. This is what closes the gap between saying "we announced" a policy and "it was read and accepted".
