Status Board — every record's story, stage by stage

The Status Board gathers everything that happened to a record on one screen. With the record open, press Status Board at the top.

What the Board Shows

• Stages. Each stage is a large numbered card. It says who moved the record there, when, and how long it stayed.
• Steps. Meetings, activities and linked records inside a stage follow as smaller cards under it (1.1, 1.2…).
• Head. The record's essentials and the next step sit on top. Every number opens its list.
• Older records. Stages the trail never recorded are rebuilt from dates and drawn with a dotted frame; a stage added by hand has a dashed frame.

Smart Insight

PORTWARE AI reads the messages, notes and description. The result is a health (on track, attention, at risk), a two-sentence story, the key facts, the risks and the steps only the text tells. Each item names its source.

Language and Sharing

The board speaks the language picked on it (Turkish, English and every installed language); the choice is remembered. PDF turns the board into a document. The HTML download is one file; stages open and close and filters work offline.

Settings

The board is on by default. Settings › General Settings › Status Board turns it off or leaves some models out.
