Page Size

Odoo's lists show a fixed page (80 or 40 records). In PORTWARE every list and kanban has a Records per page menu next to the pager: view default, 40, 80, 200, 500 or all.

• The choice is your own and stays across screens and sessions; it is also in My Preferences.
• Settings has an installation-wide default and a safety cap for "all", so one click never asks the browser for unbounded rows.

Export Studio

List exports, grouped exports and pivot downloads leave as a designed Excel workbook.

• Language. Whatever the interface speaks, pick Turkish, English or any installed language; headers, selection values and the file name follow.
• Design. A light header in the company colour, banded rows, fitted columns, real number and date formats, frozen header and filters. Plain keeps Odoo's own file.
• Import-safe. Data on sheet one, header in row one, no merged cells and no formulas. Selection columns get dropdowns.
• Grouped exports become a collapsible category › subcategory outline with subtotals that follow the filter.
• About sheet records who exported what and when, with column statistics.
