THE SERVER IS YOUR CHOICE
The licence does not include a server. You decide where SODOO runs.
Rent it from us, use your own cloud account, or run it inside your company network. We install SODOO wherever you choose.
PORTWARE Cloud
We provide the server from a well-known provider (Hetzner, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) or from our own resources, and run it for you: backups, monitoring, security patches and updates. Priced separately per month.
Your cloud account
A server you rent in your own name, from the provider you prefer. The contract and its fee stay between you and the provider; we install and, if you wish, manage SODOO on it.
Your company network
An on-premise server in your own building, so your data never leaves your infrastructure. Hardware, network and backups are yours; server management is available.
Your computer
A local installation on one computer, for a small team or a trial. It is reachable only while that computer is on; we recommend a server above five users.
Indicative server cost used in the calculator below: a VDS server (4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM) for up to 10 users from $29.99 a month, a dedicated server (Intel Xeon Silver, 32 GB RAM) for 11 to 50 users from $97.99 a month: list prices of a Turkish hosting provider (Natro, 12 October 2026), VAT excluded.

Installation and commissioning
Included in the licence: installation where you choose, your company and Turkish localisation, users and rights, standard processes, a one-time import of your products, customers and suppliers, and 4 hours of online training. Special cases and customisations are quoted.
Maintenance and updates
$500 a year for every 10 users, at most $5,000. New SODOO versions and modules, security and compatibility fixes, technical maintenance and the migration of your data to each new version. Optional: without it, your licensed version keeps running.
Support
Error reports and security issues are covered by maintenance. Prepaid support hours and a yearly priority package with 24/7 response for critical incidents are available.
Custom development
Reports, integrations, industry screens and company-specific processes, scoped with you and quoted per project. Delivered as SODOO modules that stay upgradeable.
THE CONTRACT
One clear contract, published in full.
Every customer signs the same SODOO Software Licence, Installation and Services Agreement: the licence, the server options, maintenance, support levels, personal data and the special terms agreed with you. Read it before you decide; sign it online, with a qualified electronic signature or on paper.
PAYMENT
Flexible payment options.
We accept credit card, bank transfer and other methods. The payment schedule and invoicing details are set out in your quote.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does a team of ten pay?
A one-time licence of 10 × $120 = $1,200, plus $500 for the first year of maintenance and updates: $1,700 in total. In every following year only maintenance and updates apply: $500 a year for the whole company. The server is extra: from about $30 a month for a rented server, or nothing if you use one you have.
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. After the one-time licence payment, your company keeps the right to use SODOO permanently. The only recurring fee is maintenance and updates; if you stop it, your system keeps running on the version you have.
How is maintenance priced for a larger team?
$500 a year for every started block of 10 users: 1–10 users $500, 11–20 users $1,000, and so on, up to 91–100 users $5,000. A team of 25 pays for three blocks, $1,500 a year. Above 100 users the price stays at $5,000 a year.
Is a server included?
No. The licence covers the software. You can rent a server from us (PORTWARE Cloud), use your own cloud account, install SODOO on a server in your company network or, for a small team, on one computer.
Is installation included?
Yes. Standard installation and commissioning are part of the licence: setup, your company and Turkish localisation, users, standard processes, the import of your product, customer and supplier lists and 4 hours of online training. On-site work, data migration from other systems and customisations are quoted.
We have more than 50 users. How is the price set?
Pricing is defined separately for 51–99 users and for 100 users or more. Request a quote and we will evaluate your needs together.
Are some applications charged extra?
No. Every application and every SODOO module is included in the licence.
Which currency will we be invoiced in?
Companies in Türkiye are quoted and invoiced in Turkish lira: the dollar list price is converted at the Central Bank selling rate of the quotation date and stays fixed. Customers abroad are invoiced in dollars or euros.
What happens at the end of the 30-day demo?
The demo is frozen and your data is preserved. With a licence, we move that same database to your own server or to PORTWARE hosting, so nothing entered during the demo is lost.
Is AI included?
Cowork AI is part of SODOO. It works with the AI provider accounts you choose; their usage is billed by those providers, and you set the limits.
